Cloud ERP Solution Deployed Throughout the Enterprise
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., August 6, 2012 – Plex Systems Inc., provider of Plex Online, Cloud ERP for manufacturers, today announced that Accuride Corporation (NYSE: ACW), a leading supplier of components to the commercial vehicle industry, will deploy Plex Systems’ software-as-a-service (SaaS)/cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution across its core operations.
As it implements the Plex Online ERP system, Accuride will consolidate from seven separate systems running more than 200 applications to one ERP system. As a result, Accuride will centralize shared information, standardize systems and processes, enable secure remote access, and utilize robust data collection, reporting and other tools.

The culmination of a comprehensive, multi-year evaluation process, Accuride selected the Plex Online cloud ERP system based a number of parameters, including enterprise needs, business fit, and capacity. System configuration is underway, with implementation at the Accuride corporate headquarters and business unit manufacturing facilities and distribution centers to be phased in between August 2012 and December 2014.
