We are looking for a highly-motivated and passionate individual for pre-sales support of our Business Intelligence solution. The Business Intelligence Consultant will work with our prospects and customers to design and deliver compelling demonstrations for our Business Intelligence tool. A remote working situation will be considered for the ideal candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to develop and deliver Business Intelligence solutions
- Act as a Business Intelligence product specialist for our prospects and sales team
- Assist with other demonstrating other Plex reporting tools and system features
- Gather and analyze functional requirements from end-users
- Develop proof of concept solutions
- Build dashboard reports for prospective customers
- Train team members on Business Intelligence tool
Requirements:
- Experience demonstrating Business Intelligence tools and executive dashboards
- Ability to merge data from multiple sources using joins
- Ability to compile multiple reports and charts in a composite document
- Experience applying business intelligence tools and concepts in manufacturing companies
- Ability to present and demonstrate conceptual use of Business Intelligence applications and articulate the value of product features
- WebFocus from Information Builders experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL or relational databases a plus
- Ability to travel if needed
