Last week, we were invited to attend a luncheon honoring this year’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in Metro Detroit.
In addition to being one of the top 101 companies, which is exciting enough, we also received their prestigious Elite award for Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention. Only 12 Elite awards were given out, and we were one of the recipients!
Here’s how 101 Best and Brightest describes the Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention Elite Award:
“Extent to which employees are meaningfully and personally connected to their work and their organization that drives retention, as well as the extent to which a company understands and adapts to the individual needs of their employees by looking at the employee as a whole, not just the work environment.”
Our greatest achievement is the happiness of our employees as they pursue a career they love – but to receive validation from an organization like 101 Best and Brightest is just the icing on the cake.
