Jason Blessing serves as CEO and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company. He is an experienced software executive with previous executive positions at Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft and Price Waterhouse. Blessing is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Michael Twarozynski serves as chief financial officer and is responsible for financial planning and reporting, treasury management, business administration, legal operations, and human resources. He brings specific experience in supply chain, ERP implementations and business process reengineering engagements at various manufacturing companies and technology vendors. Twarozynski started his career as a C.P.A. with Ernst & Young. Twarozynski is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor of arts in accounting.

Heidi Melin is the Chief Marketing Officer and responsible for determining the strategic direction in marketing initiatives. Melin previously served as CMO at Eloqua, Taleo, Polycom and the Hyperion Corp. where she helped each company establish a higher profile in the marketplace. Melin earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Organizational Psychology from Willamette University.

Tom DeCoe is the vice president of infrastructure and is responsible for defining the strategic development of the Plex Manufacturing Cloud and ensuring its technology meets and exceeds customers’ requirements to support efficient business processes in the manufacturing enterprise. DeCoe is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Math.

Jerry Foster is vice president of research & development and is responsible for undertaking research to design the next generation of software for the manufacturing enterprise. A founding member of the Plex Systems team, Foster has been heavily involved in the entire evolution of Plex, overseeing the technical transitions in each phase of its growth. A graduate of Liberty University, Foster earned his degree in Computer Science.

Patrick Fetterman is vice president of marketing and is responsible for worldwide marketing and manages strategic partnerships, public relations and analyst relations. His marketing background has been honed while working with pioneering technology companies in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space. Fetterman earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Jim Shepherd serves as vice president of strategy, responsible for defining strategic direction of Plex Systems with manufacturers across multiple industries and global markets. Shepherd brings 40 years of leadership in manufacturing and technology. Prior to joining Plex Systems, Shepherd served as vice president and distinguished analyst for Gartner Inc., the world’s leading information technology research company. Among his many accomplishments, Shepherd was named the first AMR research fellow. Shepherd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn.

Chris Bishop serves as vice president of global services and has worldwide responsibility for Plex’s professional services, education, and customer support operations. He has an extensive professional services background and a deep passion for helping customers get maximum value from their investments in ERP systems. Prior to joining Plex Systems, Bishop has served in a variety of senior leadership roles including serving as Vice President of PeopleSoft’s North American Supply Chain consulting organization. Bishop holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in materials and logistics management from Michigan State University.

Jason Prater is the vice president of development and leads the product and platform development teams. He is in charge of the entire development process, from design to deployment, making sure that we build meaningful enhancements so that the Plex Manufacturing Cloud evolves with our customers’ needs. Prater has a focus on operational performance from his time as a Materials Manager at an automotive supplier and Plex Systems customer. He is a graduate of Albion College with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Tim Burke is vice president of global Motor vehicle industries and is a key driver of the sales growth of Plex Systems in the automotive industry. Before joining Plex Systems, Burke was vice president of automotive with Servigistics, a service lifecycle management solution that enables companies to transform their service business operations and access new sources of revenue, profits, competitive differentiation and customer loyalty. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University with degrees in marketing and management.
