Mike Ward dba Market Street Consulting is a sole proprietor providing Management Consulting Services focused on Plex Online implementation, optimization and support. Mike has been implementing Plex Online for over five years and ERP systems for almost twenty years.
Mike has implemented the vast majority of the Plex Online modules and has led solo and team, single and multi-site implementation, optimization and support projects for clients manufacturing heavy construction, automotive, metal fabrication, injection molding, medical device, rubber, small engine and blow molding products and components.
Mike’s implementation methodology is focused on a collaborative, direct approach which allows him to gain a through understanding of his customers’ operations and requirements and allows his customers to gain a thorough understanding of Plex Online and how it can help them run their business. His focus is on getting Plex Online launched timely and cost effectively, helping clients realize their return on investment.
