Executive Team

		Mark Symonds Chief Executive Officer, President Mark Symonds is president and chief executive officer for Plex Systems, Inc. and responsible for all aspects of product sales and development as well as defining the strategic direction for the company. Symonds' background includes co-founding an IT consulting and software development firm and tenure at a business consultancy where he led teams responsible for developing business applications for various industries. Symonds earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester and MBA from Cornell University. Symonds is on the board of directors of the Software Industry & Information Association (SIIA), Software Division, and Automation Alley, Michigan's largest technology business association. 		Doug Gregory Senior Vice President: Products and Services Doug Gregory is responsible for Plex Systems, Inc. internal operations including the implementation process, customer service and product development. His extensive background at Plex Systems includes overseeing customer implementations, customizing software to meet client needs and training team members in lean manufacturing principles. Gregory is a magna cum laude graduate of Wayne State University with a bachelor of arts degree in computer science.
		S. Craig Huke Chief Financial Officer S. Craig Huke serves Plex Systems, Inc. as chief financial officer, overseeing financial strategy, planning, forecasts, expansion and growth opportunities. Huke has more than 25 years of experience in finance and public accounting, including leadership positions in the finance departments of many IT solution providers. Huke served as CFO during the initial public stock offerings of two major business to business software vendors. Huke is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of arts in management.
		Michael T. Twarozynski Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations Michael T. Twarozynski serves as senior vice president of finance and operations for Plex Systems, Inc. responsible for financial planning and reporting, treasury management, business administration, legal operations, and human resources. He brings specific experience in supply chain, ERP implementations and business process reengineering engagements at various manufacturing companies and technology vendors. Twarozynski started his career as a C.P.A. with Ernst & Young. Twarozynski is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor of arts in accounting.
		Thomas DeCoe Chief Technology Officer Tom DeCoe is the chief technical officer for Plex Systems, Inc. He is responsible for defining the strategic development of Plex Online and ensuring its technology meets and exceeds customers' requirements to support efficient business processes in the manufacturing enterprise. A graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Math.
		Jerry Foster Vice President of Research & Development Jerry Foster is vice president of research & development for Plex Systems, Inc. where he is chartered with undertaking research to design the next generation of software for the manufacturing enterprise. A founding member of the Plex Systems team, Foster initially was responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of the Web-based software before expanding his responsibilities as Chief System Engineer. A graduate of Liberty University, Foster earned his degree in Computer Science.
		Thomas Mackey Executive Vice President Tom Mackey is the executive vice president of sales for Plex Systems, Inc. Mackey is responsible for developing and maintaining worldwide sales and business development activities throughout all vertical markets. Mackey has significant experiencing leading sales teams at several software companies throughout North America. Mackey graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and earned a Master of Arts in English degree from State University New York at Stony Brook.
		Patrick Fetterman Vice President of Marketing Patrick Fetterman is vice president of marketing for Plex Systems, Inc. Fetterman is responsible for worldwide marketing and manages strategic partnerships, public relations and analyst relations. His marketing background has been honed while working with pioneering technology companies in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space. Fetterman earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
