It takes good equipment to make good parts. To achieve high quality and on time delivery, you must keep your equipment running at its optimum level. You need to avoid costly breakdowns, develop a knowledge base of technical experience, and respond quickly to maintenance problems. Plexus Online provides a set of powerful, but simple-to-use modules for maximizing the uptime and productivity of your machinery. Our comprehensive Maintenance System include Machines List, user-definable attributes, Checklists, Maintenance Request and Approval System, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Spare Parts Management, MRO, and more. PM can be scheduled by hours, days, or number of production hits (pieces). The Maintenance System also allows you to define specific machine parameters. These measured values can be graphed over time and used for Predictive Maintenance.
-
Workcenter List This module is used to establish a master list of Workcenters or Machines within the company. Provides the foundation for Production Tracking, Scheduling and other modules.
-
Master Equipment List This module establishes the foundation of the Maintenance system by providing a master list of all the equipment in the company, including all pertinent attributes.
-
Preventive Maintenance The PM Module establishes a Master Equipment List for production and non-production equipment, such as workcenter machines, fork lifts, automobiles and facilities. The Equipment List includes a place to store key data about each piece of equipment, such as Type, Capacity, Service Date, and a digital photo. Various user-defined PM Checklists are setup and linked to individual pieces of equipment. The system then provides reports and email notification to make sure that the required PM is completed. This module also includes detailed Maintenance Log and a feature for attaching files, such as equipment manuals, drawings, and certifications.
-
Work Requests The entry, assignment, prioritization and management of Work Requests in the Maintenance Department.
-
Equipment Log A detailed history of all maintenance performed on Equipment.
-
Maintenance Labor Tracking Provides ability for maintenance personnel to use the Time & Attendance Time Clock to track maintenance hours in real-time against Work Requests.
