Plexus Online includes a full-featured Time and Attendance module that manages employee data, controls employee work schedules, and collects time clock in and out times using bar coded badges. Plexus Online is used to manage, review and approve Regular Time, Over Time, and Double Time using automated, user-defined rules and/or manual review/approval. Once all the hours data is collected and processed, Plexus Online then converts it into a format suitable for a payroll service such as ADP or a third party payroll package. Plexus Online does not calculate taxes and print payroll checks. We feel our customers are better served by handling that function through one of several excellent payroll services.
Time & Attendance Labor Tracking This module is used to track the time and attendance of employees, and at the same time track labor activity against specific parts, jobs, and operations. This is especially useful in job shop environments, where accurate and real-time job costing is critical. Also useful for Activity Based Costing (ABC) in larger production facilities. This module also tracks Lateness, Vacation, Funeral Time and other special attendance issues. Plexus can configure this module with custom business rules in order to calculate Regular, Overtime and Double Pay (including approvals by supervisors) which can then be exported and sent to your payroll service (such as ADP, Paychecks, etc).
Timeclock Payroll Interface Functionality that processes the raw labor tracking data into a format suitable for weekly download to a payroll package or service.
Biometric Timeclock - Hand Geometry This module provides electronic biometric timeclocks that utilize hand geometry (hand print) to be used for Time and Attedance Tracking. Plexus provides a fully-integrated solution, including hardware. Excellent for factory shop floor use.
