Plex 101 Introduction to Plex Online

Plex 101 is an introduction to the Plex System. In this course we look at logging in, user IDs, navigation, online Help, User Support Requests (USR), and how settings and security affect what you see and how things work. It is designed for new users, with little or no experience using Plex Online.

Plex 102 Implementing Plex Online

Plex 102 is geared towards implementing Plex for both full implementations where your company is going through the entire critical path (Purchasing, Receiving, A/P, Production, Customer Shipping, and A/R) or if you are implementing a single module such as Tooling or Maintenance. The principals are the same for each implementation.

2) Plex Online Master Classes - for our most advanced users, a chance to meet in small group sessions with Plex Online subject matter experts to discuss and analyze how their companies are utilizing Plex Online as compared to best practices
