As a Product Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise by consulting with our customers and internal teams on best practices for using the CRM, Shipping & Logistics modules within our software, Plex Online. Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of the order to cash process within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should enjoy managing multiple projects, can willingly adapt to a fast changing environment, and interact positively with customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Research and understand best practices and customer challenges to define product needs for current and future customers.
- Contribute to the Product Leadership team responsible for scheduling product enhancements.
- Support internal and external education initiatives
- Responsible for product support materials
- Support the Global Services and Support team on advanced implementation or support issues, including but not limited to: provide best practice suggestions, recommend system configurations, troubleshooting application issues, provide customer training (as needed), provide on-site support (as needed)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM, order management and fulfillment, e-commerce, packaging, shipping and logistics
- International shipping and logistics is a strong plus
- Experience in software applications for the order to cash process
- Experience implementing ERP software within the manufacturing industry preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Experience with Plex Online a strong plus
- Willing to travel to customer locations
