Sales Operations Manager

We provide the only fully-integrated On-Demand manufacturing information system.  With a rapidly expanding business we are ready to make a special addition to our elite sales team – a Sales Operations Manager.  The Sales Operation Manager will oversee sales pipeline management, administer the CRM tool, generate reports on key sales metrics, and provide support for the sales process. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor, validate, and track progress of sales pipeline
  • Maintain ownership of CRM tool functionality including: maintenance and administration, data cleansing, first-level system support, generating reports and dashboards
  • Provide CRM system and process training for sales team
  • Coordinate the assignment of marketing leads and prospect accounts to account representatives and allocate reassignments if necessary
  • Prepare pipeline reports for key stakeholders
  • Create board level sales presentations
  • Serve as primary contact for sales methodology process
  • Identify and make recommendations for sales process improvement
  • Perform detailed customer research as necessary
  • Coordinate knowledge sharing within the sales team
  • Assist with development and execution of the sales compensation plans
  • Coordinate with finance and payroll department to ensure commission calculations are accurate

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
  • A minimum of 5-7+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Demonstrated expertise using Salesforce.com
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder groups in a team environment
  • Must be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization
  • Ability to analyze, define and propose solutions to complex operational sales issues
