Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of our organization by overseeing the talent acquisition function within the company.  The person in this role will leverage our high performing recruiting team to continue to rapidly grow the organization, while also participating in sourcing and delivering talent.  The ideal candidate will be a driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position directly reports to the Director of Human Resources, and is based from our headquarters located in Troy, MI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s long-term aggressive hiring objectives
  • Continuously monitor, review and improve the recruiting processes, tools, and resources to ensure effectiveness
  • Consult with management to address and effectively resolve recruiting challenges
  • Develop, implement and deliver key reports to senior management on recruiting related metrics
  • Partner with senior management to plan and develop annual recruiting budget
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop the Plex Systems employment brand, and increase awareness of our brand in key markets to attract qualified applicants
  • Develop new and innovative ideas to attracting and sourcing the best talent
  • Contribute to the sourcing and selection of talent

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years recruiting experience, including 5+ years managing recruiting teams
  • A background in corporate recruiting, focusing on highly technical and professional positions
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting function within a high-growth organization
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related
  • Additional education or certifications (PHR, SPHR, MBA) is ideal
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and build teams
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization
