It’s August, and for car buffs in Metro Detroit, that means one thing: It’s time for the Woodward Dream Cruise!
Plex Systems has been part of this summertime tradition for some time now, and it’s one of our favorite community activities. As Patrick Fetterman, our Vice President of Products and Marketing, put it recently:
You can feel the excitement of our neighbors and pride of the cruisers…we can’t wait to cheer for our favorite Motor City vehicles alongside them.
The Plex Systems logo adorned the stage at last year's Woodward Dream Cruise, when we sponsored the event's entertainment.
This year, we’re sponsoring the road signs, which help guide cruisers down the 16-mile stretch of the legendary Woodward Avenue, which holds the prestigious title of being America’s first highway.
We’re also hosting employee and customer appreciation events, with an opportunity to support one of our 2012 Plex Giving charities, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan – if you’ll be attending either of these, be sure to post some pictures on our Facebook wall!
