Petri Oksanen is a partner at Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on enterprise application software. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2005, Petri worked at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking group in Menlo Park, California. Earlier in his career, Petri held a variety of roles at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington.
Petri serves on the board of directors of ByBox, EG, Plex Systems, and Vendavo. He previously served on the board of directors of Aconex (IPO), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), API Healthcare (acquired by GE Healthcare), ClickSoftware (acquired by Salesforce), Healthland (acquired by CPSI), Prometheus Group (acquired by a financial sponsor), Source Photonics (acquired by a financial sponsor), and T-System (acquired by Fidelity National) and was also involved with FP’s investments in Ex Libris, LYNX Medical Systems, Specific Media, and Webtrends.
Petri has a B.A.Sc. with Joint Honors in Computer Engineering and Economics with Distinction from the University of Waterloo.
Dipanjan (DJ) Deb is a co-founding partner and the CEO of Francisco Partners. Prior to founding Francisco Partners in 1999, DJ was a principal with Texas Pacific Group. Earlier in his career, he was director of semiconductor banking at Robertson, Stephens & Company and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. DJ currently serves on the boards of BeyondTrust, GoodRx, Legalzoom, Plex Systems, Quest Software, Sectigo, and SonicWall. He formerly served on the board of directors of AMI Semiconductor (AMIS), Barracuda Networks (CUDA), CBA Group, Conexant (CNXT), Corsair, Cross Match Technologies, Globespan (GSPN), Ichor Systems (ICHR), Legerity, Megaship, Metrologic, NPTest/Credence(CMOS), Numonyx, ON Semiconductor(ONNN), SMART Modular Technologies (SMOD), Ultra Clean Technology (UCTT), and Verifone.
Sameer Gandhi joined Accel in 2008 and focuses on consumer, software, and services companies.
Sameer led Accel's early investments in Bonobos (acquired by Walmart), CrowdStrike (CRWD), Diapers.com (acquired by Amazon), DJI, Dropbox (DBX), Dropcam (acquired by Google), Fictiv, Jet (acquired by Walmart), Pango, Plex Systems, Raise, Rylo (acquired by VSCO), Sonatype (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), Spotify (SPOT), Venmo (acquired by Braintree/PayPal), World View, and Yapstone.
Sameer works closely with Accel’s India team and is involved in investments such as Flipkart (acquired by Walmart), BookMyShow, Cure.Fit, Freshworks, and USPL World – some of India's most prominent technology and consumer companies today. Prior to Accel, Sameer was a partner at Sequoia and led investments in companies like Barracuda Networks, Dropbox (initial seed), Gracenote, Trulia, and Sourcefire.
Sameer is from Maryland and graduated from MIT and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

As President and Chief Financial Officer at Salesforce, Mark Hawkins is responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization and is a member of the company’s executive committee reporting directly to chairman and CEO, Marc Benioff.
Hawkins has more than 30 years of experience with leading finance organizations at global software and technology companies including Autodesk, Logitech, Dell and Hewlett-Packard.
At Autodesk, Hawkins served as CFO and Executive Vice President from 2009 to 2014, leading the global finance, information technology and procurement organizations. From 2006 to 2009, Hawkins was CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance & IT at Logitech International SA.
From 2000 to 2006, Hawkins served as Vice President of Finance for Dell’s worldwide procurement and logistics organization, as well as Vice President of Finance for Dell’s U.S. Home Segment. Prior to Dell, Hawkins spent nearly 19 years at Hewlett-Packard where he held a variety of finance and business management roles, including a two-year posting in Europe.
Hawkins serves on the board of SecureWorks, a global leader in cyber security solutions, and Plex Systems, a leader in cloud based ERP for manufacturers. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado, a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Bill Berutti leads the Plex mission of driving continuous customer value with the most innovative smart manufacturing technology. With his deep roots in the industry, Bill brings firsthand knowledge of the transformative power of technology across manufacturing – from the shop floor to top floor. Under his leadership, Plex has expanded its product portfolio, increased its international presence, and achieved double-digit growth each year.
A seasoned cloud and enterprise software veteran, Bill has more than two decades of experience leading global, high-growth cloud and enterprise software businesses. Before joining Plex, Berutti served as the president of a $1.5 billion division of multi-cloud management software firm BMC Software. Prior to BMC, he spent 17 years at PTC delivering solutions to manufacturers.
Berutti holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Miami University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Finance for Senior Executives program. He is currently a board member of product cost software company aPriori and data center hardware maintenance company Park Place Technologies.
In his current role as Chief Product Officer at Accolade, Mike Hilton is responsible for leading the company’s product, technology and analytics efforts.
Prior to Accolade, Mike was a co-founder of Concur, a pioneer in the cloud computing and travel and expense management space, and remained there during its entire 21-year history prior to being acquired by SAP in 2014. At Concur, Mike served in various product and technology leadership roles, most recently as chief product officer.
Before co-founding Concur, Mike helped launch the sales force automation space as part of the team that created ACT! at Contact Software/Symantec, and began his career at Apple Computer, where he led the development efforts for MacWrite Pro, at the time the leading word processor for the Macintosh.
Mike holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Computer and Information Sciences and Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Kevin T. Parker is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of HireVue Inc., a Salt Lake City based developer of digital video and analytics solutions for building and coaching the world’s best teams. Prior to joining HireVue Kevin was a co-founder and Senior Operating Principal of Bridge Growth Partners, a NY based private equity firm with a focus on technology and technology enabled financial services sectors and currently serves as a senior advisor to the firm.
Mr. Parker served as the Chairman of the Board of Salient CRGT, and serves on the boards of Intermedia, Inc, Plex Systems, Aptos Inc. and Cvent, Inc.
From July 2013 to December 2013, Mr. Parker served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Polycom, Inc., a leading provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions for voice and video collaboration.
Before co-founding Bridge Growth Partners, Mr. Parker served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Deltek, Inc., a provider of enterprise software applications, from June 2005 to December 2012 and as Chairman of the board of directors of Deltek from April 2006 to December 2012.
Prior to joining Deltek, Mr. Parker served as Co-President of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from October 2004 to December 2004, as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of PeopleSoft from January 2002 to October 2004, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PeopleSoft from October 2000 to December 2001.
During the past five fiscal years, Mr. Parker has also served on the board of directors of Deltek (from April 2006 until December 2012) and Polycom from 2005 to 2016. Mr. Parker holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarkson University and served on its board of trustees from 2005 to 2015.
Ali Evans is a Vice President with Francisco Partners. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Ali worked at Riverside Partners, where he evaluated private equity investments in the healthcare and technology sectors. Earlier in his career, Ali was a strategic finance leader at Oscar Health, a technology-driven health insurer and a strategy consultant at Bain & Company.
Ali holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
