  • Petri Oksanen

    Lead Director

    Francisco Partners

    Petri Oksanen is a partner at Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on enterprise application software. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2005, Petri worked at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking group in Menlo Park, California. Earlier in his career, Petri held a variety of roles at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington.

    Petri serves on the board of directors of Consignor, EG, Plex Systems, and Vendavo. He previously served on the board of directors of Aconex (IPO), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), API Healthcare (acquired by GE Healthcare), ByBox, ClickSoftware (acquired by Salesforce), Healthland (acquired by CPSI), Prometheus Group (acquired by a financial sponsor), Source Photonics (acquired by a financial sponsor), and T-System (acquired by Fidelity National) and was also involved with FP’s investments in Ex Libris, LYNX Medical Systems, Specific Media, and Webtrends.

    Petri has a B.A.Sc. with Joint Honors in Computer Engineering and Economics with Distinction from the University of Waterloo.

  • Sameer Gandhi



    Sameer Gandhi joined Accel in 2008 and focuses on consumer, software, and services companies.

    Sameer led Accel's early investments in Bonobos (acquired by Walmart), CrowdStrike (CRWD), (acquired by Amazon), DJI, Dropbox (DBX), Dropcam (acquired by Google), Fictiv, Jet (acquired by Walmart), Pango, Plex Systems, Raise, Rylo (acquired by VSCO), Sonatype (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), Spotify (SPOT), Venmo (acquired by Braintree/PayPal), World View, and Yapstone.

    Sameer works closely with Accel’s India team and is involved in investments such as Flipkart (acquired by Walmart), BookMyShow, Cure.Fit, Freshworks, and USPL World – some of India's most prominent technology and consumer companies today. Prior to Accel, Sameer was a partner at Sequoia and led investments in companies like Barracuda Networks, Dropbox (initial seed), Gracenote, Trulia, and Sourcefire.

    Sameer is from Maryland and graduated from MIT and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

  • Mark Hawkins

    Mark Hawkins has more than 40 years of experience with leading finance organizations at global software and technology companies including Salesforce, Autodesk, Logitech, Dell, and Hewlett-Packard.

    As President and Chief Financial Officer at Salesforce from 2014-2021, Hawkins was responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization and was a member of the company’s executive committee. Prior to his time at Salesforce, Hawkins served as CFO and Executive Vice President at Autodesk, leading the company’s global finance, information technology, and procurement organizations. From 2006 to 2009, he was CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance & IT at Logitech International SA. From 2000 to 2006, Hawkins served as Vice President of Finance for Dell’s worldwide procurement and logistics organization, as well as Vice President of Finance for Dell’s U.S. Home Segment. Prior to Dell, Hawkins spent nearly 19 years at Hewlett-Packard where he held a variety of finance and business management roles, including a two-year posting in Europe.

    Currently, Hawkins serves as President and CFO Emeritus Adviser at Salesforce, is a member of the Board of Directors for FIS (NYSE: FIS), Secureworks (NASDAQ: SCWX), Toast, and Plex Systems. He sits on the NYSE Listed Company Advisory Board and is a founding member and global ambassador of the USA Chapter of The Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability Project CFO Leadership Network. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

  • Bill Berutti

    Chief Executive Officer

    Bill Berutti leads the Plex mission of driving continuous customer value with the most innovative smart manufacturing technology. With his deep roots in the industry, Bill brings firsthand knowledge of the transformative power of technology across manufacturing – from the shop floor to top floor. Under his leadership, Plex has expanded its product portfolio, increased its international presence, and achieved double-digit growth each year.

    A seasoned cloud and enterprise software veteran, Bill has more than two decades of experience leading global, high-growth cloud and enterprise software businesses. Before joining Plex, Berutti served as the president of a $1.5 billion division of multi-cloud management software firm BMC Software. Prior to BMC, he spent 17 years at PTC delivering solutions to manufacturers.

    Berutti holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Miami University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Finance for Senior Executives program. He is currently a board member of product cost software company aPriori and data center hardware maintenance company Park Place Technologies.

  • Mike Hilton

    Chief Product Officer


    In his current role as Chief Product Officer at Accolade, Mike Hilton is responsible for leading the company’s product, technology and analytics efforts.

    Prior to Accolade, Mike was a co-founder of Concur, a pioneer in the cloud computing and travel and expense management space, and remained there during its entire 21-year history prior to being acquired by SAP in 2014. At Concur, Mike served in various product and technology leadership roles, most recently as chief product officer.

    Before co-founding Concur, Mike helped launch the sales force automation space as part of the team that created ACT! at Contact Software/Symantec, and began his career at Apple Computer, where he led the development efforts for MacWrite Pro, at the time the leading word processor for the Macintosh.

    Mike holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Computer and Information Sciences and Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

  • Michael Kohlsdorf


    Francisco Partners

    Mike Kohlsdorf is the President of Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC) and is Co-Chairman of the Portfolio Committee. He joined Francisco Partners (FP) as an Operating Partner in March of 2011. Francisco Partners has raised over $24 billion in committed capital and invested in more than 300 technology companies, making it one of the most active and longstanding investors in the technology industry. Mike’s primary responsibilities include the management of FPC – an organization of twenty-five Operating Partners and Advisors, the development and deployment of operating best practices and serving as an operating coach as well as interim-CEO for FP’s portfolio companies. He has served as CEO for six FP portfolio companies and Executive Chairman for two. Mike was most recently CEO at Quest Software.

    Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Mike was CEO and a Board member of Aderant. Previously, Mike was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services and a Corporate Officer of Ikon Office Solutions with responsibility for 14,000 employees and $2.2 billion in annual revenue. Prior to Ikon, Mike was CEO and a Board member of T/R Systems and has had an active role in executive management for over 25 years in public and privately held technology companies.

    Mike is currently on the Board of Directors of Operative, Quest, LogMeIn and PEI’s Operating Partners Forum Advisory Board. Mike’s previous board seats include Attachmate, FrontRange, Healthland, Paymetric, Quantros WatchGuard, Sintec Media and Click Software.

    Mike holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame where he majored in International Business and participated in an exchange program with the London Business School.

  • Mei Shi

    Vice President

    Francisco Partners

    Mei Shi is a Vice President with Francisco Partners. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Mei worked at General Atlantic, focusing on investments in consumer businesses. Earlier in her career, Mei spent time at Silver Lake Partners, where she evaluated investments in tech and tech-enabled companies. Mei has also lived and worked abroad in Singapore, Ghana and New Zealand. Mei graduated from Harvard College (summa cum laude) and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
