    Tessa Myers

    Tessa Myers

    Vice President and General Manager, Production Operations Management, Software & Control

    Tessa Myers is vice president and general manager for the Production Operations Management business unit within Rockwell Automation’s Software & Control operating segment. In this role, she has responsibility for our Connected Enterprise Production System strategy, including industry solutions and our enterprise software portfolio, with the goal of becoming a more strategic partner to our customers.

    Tessa joined Rockwell Automation in 1999 as an associate sales engineer. Most recently, she was vice president, Product Management, and before that, regional president, North America. In that role, she led a substantial cultural and change management effort to deliver commercial excellence and achieved profitable growth, increased market share and accelerated new offerings and business models—all while improving customer experience. Tessa has developed a deep understanding of global business after having served in leadership roles in the U.S., Canada and Singapore. She demonstrates a passion for building teams, engaging employees and developing strong leaders and supports our culture of inclusion as executive
    sponsor for two employee resource groups—Cultures Connected and ADVANCE Young Professionals.

    Externally, Tessa serves on the Board of Directors for Badger Meter, Inc. and on the National Board for Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. She also chairs the Canadian Women in Manufacturing initiative.

    Tessa holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

    Jerry Foster

    Jerry Foster

    Chief Technology Officer

    Jerry Foster is CTO and leads our technology strategy, along with research and design initiatives focused on next-generation cloud solutions for the manufacturing enterprise. A founding member of the Plex team, Jerry has been instrumental in the entire evolution of Plex, overseeing the technical transitions in each phase of our growth. Jerry earned his degree in computer science at Liberty University.

    Robin Saitz

    Robin Saitz

    Chief Marketing Officer

    As chief marketing officer, Robin Saitz leads the company’s marketing strategy and execution, positioning Plex Systems as the leader in smart manufacturing technology. An engineer turned marketer, she has a proven track record of successfully marketing enterprise software solutions across multiple industries and building high-performance teams and brands.

    Prior to joining Plex, Robin held CMO roles at cyber security solutions provider Avecto (acquired by BeyondTrust) and sales enablement software company Brainshark. Robin also spent more than 20 years at PTC, where she served, most recently, as the senior vice president of global marketing and operations.

    Robin is an award-winning STEM leader and guest lecturer. She has also been recognized for her community involvement and support of high impact programs, including the Pan Mass Challenge and international STEM youth organization FIRST. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering and computer coordinated with engineering from Trinity College and a Master of Science Degree in engineering management from Northeastern University.

    Fred Hehl

    Fred Hehl

    Chief Sales Officer

    As Plex’s chief sales officer, Fred Hehl leads the company’s global sales strategy. With two decades of experience selling enterprise technology solutions to manufacturers, Fred brings extensive knowledge of the industry. Under Fred’s leadership, the business development team was moved into the Sales organization to strategically streamline the sales process and ensure a better experience for customers.

    Prior to joining Plex, Fred led direct and channel sales/distribution in both EMEA and the Americas at PTC. He most recently held global responsibilities at software companies BMC and Relativity. Fred earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics and management from Albion College.

    Leslie Sears

    Leslie Sears

    Chief Financial Officer

    Leslie Sears is Chief Financial Officer of Plex Systems. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, and procurement organizations.

    Leslie has over three decades of experience in building and leading teams through process transformation aligning them with the company’s business strategy and vision. She has played a key role in the successful exit of four companies, both privately and publicly held, and brings extensive mergers and acquisitions experience to her role.

    Prior to joining Plex, Leslie served as VP Controller with Eloqua, a leader in SaaS B2B marketing automation solutions, and in Global Controller roles at RCN and Gannett. Leslie has also been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the Virginia Board of Accountancy since 1995.

    Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Virginia.

    Nathan Pieri - GVP, Product Management and Strategy

    Nathan Pieri

    GVP, Product Management and Strategy

    Nathan Pieri brings to the Plex team more than two decades of enterprise software and supply chain experience. As the GVP of Product Management and Product Strategy, Nathan will apply his deep knowledge of SaaS and enterprise technology product strategy to direct the company’s future product management efforts to support the unique requirements of the manufacturing industry. He will define and implement the vision for Plex’s product offerings, including existing solutions such as ERP, MES, supply chain planning, IIoT and analytics.

    Prior to joining Plex, Nathan’s extensive experience in comes from his role as Chief Product Officer at Amber Road (now e2Open) where he helped to build a successful cloud software business in global trade compliance, logistics and supply networks. Prior to Amber Road, Nathan held senior product management roles at other enterprise software companies, such as Triple Point Technology (now Ion) and Baan (now Infor). Earlier in his career, Pieri held strategy, supply chain and manufacturing management roles at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) and General Electric. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Dartmouth College.

    Richard Murray

    Richard Murray

    Chief Engineering Officer

    As Plex’s chief engineering officer, Richard Murray is responsible for product research and development, cloud operations and security. Richard has focused his career on connecting teams, processes and technology to drive innovation in enterprise software, cloud computing, collaboration software and cyber security. He brings this experience to Plex to deliver best-in-class products to thousands of manufacturers around the globe. Under his leadership, he has executed Plex’s strategic vision to become the Smart Manufacturing Platform, led the launch of a portfolio of new product offerings, including an Industrial IoT product and Plex MES. He has transformed Plex’s product organization into a global presence including the build out of a product development center in Pune, India.

    Richard is an enterprise software and cloud veteran bringing to Plex decades of engineering and operations experience. Richard has held senior leadership positions with numerous companies including CollabNet (now Digital.ai) where he built industry leading Cloud based development products. At Reuters, Richard developed the company’s first internet-based, real-time financial information delivery platform. In addition, he drove global organizational transformation by moving development to a standard, cloud-based platform. Richard built and grew the UK engineering center at TIBCO, a leading enterprise integration platform and analytics company, and established it as a product center building electronic trading connections to global equity markets. Additionally, Richard led engineering at cyber security leader Bromium (now HP). Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering with first class honors from Middlesex University.

    Kathy Steinbauer

    Kathy Steinbauer

    Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Rockwell Automation

    Kathy Steinbauer is Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Rockwell Automation. In this role, she and her HR team are responsible providing HR leadership, partnership, and consultation to employees and leaders at all levels of the organization, enabling the workforce to align to and meet business objectives. As an HRBP, she and her team build and maintain valued advisor relationships with leaders; research and resolve various organizational and employment related issues; and provide coaching and counseling to minimize issue escalation. Success requires strong partnership with other critical functional HR teams such as talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, as well as with other corporate functions such as finance, IT and legal.

    Kathy has developed a track record in HR leadership in support of global leaders and employees in the industrial automation and information software industry. She developed expertise in various HR specialties since joining Rockwell in 2005 including leadership development, strategic talent acquisition, performance management, organizational alignment and team building.

    Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

    Ron Pascuzzi

    Chief Customer Officer

    Ron Pascuzzi, Chief Customer Officer of Plex Systems, leads the customer success and services organization. With more than two decades leading global service businesses for software companies, Ron brings deep expertise on how to help manufacturers realize value from their technology investments. Ron draws his service leadership and customer experience with enterprise software, IOT, and cloud implementations from a long tenure leading professional services and managed services at PTC. Ron holds an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.

    Brad Hafer

    Brad Hafer

    Group VP, Corporate Development

    Brad Hafer leads the company’s corporate strategy, partner program and M&A activities in his role as group vice president of corporate development. Brad brings to Plex a diverse mix of strategic consulting and operational experience he gained while working at technology organizations supporting the manufacturing industry, including IBM, Kearney, SupplierMarket.com, MatrixOne, and Dassault Systèmes. Most recently, Brad worked in the strategic consulting practice at Houlihan Lokey.

    Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    Cathy Pitt

    Cathy Pitt

    Chief Security Officer

    As the chief security officer for Plex, Cathy Pitt manages the company’s enterprise-wide information security, privacy, compliance and risk management programs. Through her leadership, Plex customers are ensured the information owned, controlled, or processed by Plex remains confidential and secure.

    Cathy is a tenured security expert and has held leadership roles at major enterprise technology solutions providers Cisco and HP and most recently at global learning company Pearson. She attended Colorado Technical University, where she earned an MBA, Master of Computer Science Information Security, Master of Administration, Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managing Information Systems. She holds multiple cloud and security certifications, has served as an adjunct professor of computer sciences security and co-authored the book “Essential Information Security” published by Van Haren Publishing.

    Todd Weeks

    Todd Weeks

    Group VP, Cloud Computing

    Todd Weeks is Group Vice President of Cloud Computing and is responsible for managing our datacenter facilities and infrastructure to ensure that our customers are receiving best in class availability and reliability from the Plex Manufacturing Cloud.

    Todd brings a diverse set of operation experience from running large online retail services at Sears Holdings, broad international operations and distributed datacenters at Novartis pharmaceuticals and high scale online and cloud solutions at Microsoft. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science.
