A Global Presence
The technology and manufacturing industry expertise that serves as the foundation of Plexus Online was
originally developed as part of an internal project at a automotive parts manufacturer. Plexus
Systems was formed as an independent company in 1995, and our flagship Plexus Online software was launched
in 2001. Today, Plexus Systems is a leading provider of on-demand software for manufacturing enterprises
in several industries, with thousands of users at hundreds of plants in dozens of countries around the world.

State of the Art
Having started out within a manufacturing company, the Plexus team has been building manufacturing
systems since 1989. Plexus Systems Inc. was formed as an independent company in 1995. Since then we
have developed a strong reputation for providing state-of-the-art manufacturing information systems
to a variety of industries. Plexus Online is especially powerful in industries with rigorous traceability
and quality requirements such as Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, and Medical Devices.

In 2003, we moved our headquarters to Auburn Hills, Michigan. This new facility houses our Data Center
and provides the base for our manufacturing engineers, software developers, hardware specialists and
support staff. From bar coded inventory tracking and real-time traceability, to mobile computing and
Internet-based communication systems, Plexus has always been on the forefront of innovation. Our Plexus
Online software provides a powerful hybrid of standard and configurable features on a cost-efficient
