TROY, Mich., January 22, 2019 – Plex Systems, the leader in cloud ERP and MES for manufacturing, today announced it is one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation®” according to the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

This is the sixth time Plex has been recognized for its national workplace leadership. The awards are given to companies that excel at team member relations, use innovation for motivation, and implement creative compensation programs, among other key aspects to maintaining the team’s well-being, health, and happiness. Plex was selected from among 2,400 candidates across the country.

“Plex’s global leadership is made possible through our talented and passionate team members who are dedicated to helping manufacturers succeed,” said Bill Berutti, Plex Systems CEO. “We’re proud to lead the nation in workplace excellence and are committed to continuing to be the best place to work, period.”

Over the last decade, Plex has been recognized by several organizations for its engaging workspaces, meaningful benefits, professional development practices, and transparent culture. In 2018, Plex was awarded its 10th consecutive Metropolitan Detroit’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For® placement from the NABR. In the same year, it earned its ninth Michigan Top Workplaces award from The Detroit Free Press. Plex was also named in the Wealthfront Career-Launching Companies list for four consecutive years.

“Plex Systems develops workplace excellence programs as unique as our employees,” said Cheryl Yuran, Plex’s group vice president of human resources. “We regularly solicit feedback and survey our global workforce to discover how we can best support our employees both personally and professionally while fostering a positive workplace culture. This approach has led to several innovative offerings, from a health and wellness reimbursement program to competitive benefits like a company-wide bonus plan, access to free training tools, and tuition reimbursement.”

“Profitability and stability are essential for businesses in today’s economic climate,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, National Association for Business Resources. “Companies that recognize that their employees are the key to their success achieve staying power. Our 2018 winners create their human resource standards to ensure employee satisfaction and they set standards for every business to aspire toward. We are proud to honor this year’s winners and can’t wait to celebrate them in September.”
